Stephan Pahl

 

 

Stephan Pahl was born 1954 in Berlin. He received his
education in Berlin and Bad Wildungen. After his military service and officers training, he studied jurisprudence and business administration in Berlin, at first, and completed his studies in Muenster. After completing the junior lawyer time, he
established a law office in Muenster in 1987. Two years later he joined an old-established partnership in Muenster. In the year 1997 he created his own law offices with two same age colleagues. In 1998, he handled both the opening of the law
office and, at first, the operation of the branch office in
Potsdam. Since the year 2000 Pahl operates in Muenster, again. When in the year 2003 one of his colleagues was hired into an established position with an international
software enterprise, the law office was liquidized. In 2006 however, the law office was formed anew now known as the
ASP Law Firm.

Stephan Pahl is member of the German Lawyers Association (DAV) as well as the (ARGE) Information Technology branch of the DAV, the Traffic Law branch of the DAV and the Insurance Law branch of the DAV. He holds multiple volunteer positions, among these positions he gives legal advice for the Child Care Association and is a member in the supervisory board of the zoo in Muenster.

His efforts for the past years have been concentrated on the building and taking care of occupational international contacts.
Mr. Stephan Pahl advises a number of smaller and medium
sized enterprises in Germany and abroad in legal questions regarding company law directives, foundations of businesses, expansions or relocations.

Pahl specialty fields range from equestrian law to competition
law, new media law, property law, accident law and
employment law.
